Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping cost

All eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.

Processing and transit

Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, calculated by adding handling and transit. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order cutoff

The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This cutoff does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
