Return & Refund Policy
30-day return window
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, free from stains and odors, with original packaging and any supplied tags. A careful fit check is permitted.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Ordinary return-condition restrictions do not exclude claims for these issues. Contact us to arrange the appropriate return and resolution.
Return costs and fees
For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to our return address in Italy. There is no restocking fee. For our mistakes, damaged goods or defects, we pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds
After approval, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
